Section 01

The State of Play

You pay for every click. Most of them die on the next screen.

Your ad promises one thing — book a demo, switch from a competitor, see pricing. Your homepage answers none of them. The visitor you just bought reads a headline that doesn't match the one they clicked, and leaves. You pay twice: a higher cost per click, and the customer who's already gone.

Everyone knows the fix — a page built for each ad. Almost nobody ships it, because that's always meant a designer, a developer, and two weeks. So it never gets built, the campaign points at your homepage, and the budget leaks.

The Landing Page Factory ships it for you. A managed service — not a tool you run, not a project that ends. We sharpen the pages you already run, prove it on the traffic you're already buying, and build the matched pages your team never had time for. First pages live in two weeks. Proven lift from there.

Section 02

What the Landing Page Factory Is

A matched page for every ad. Tests on the pages that matter. Winners that compound. Run for you, on real traffic.

That takes three things at once — and you can't buy any of them, alone, in the form you need.

Exhibit 1 The three required components
ComponentWhat it isWhy you can't buy it alone
Conversion engineeringAn AI system that builds a brand-matched page in hours, splits traffic safely, and measures the lift — without touching your ads or pulling in your engineers.A page builder hands you the tool and leaves the building, matching, and testing to you.
Senior marketing judgmentA senior marketer picks the bets, writes the angle for each page, kills what loses, and signs off before anything ships. An agency gives you a body, moves in weeks, and brings no system.
Network pattern libraryEvery winning page, headline, and test from 6,000+ companies in the MarketerHire network — so your pages start from what already works, not a blank file. You can't buy it. It only exists inside a network running thousands of these tests.
A builder is the first, alone. An agency is the second, alone. Most teams staple them together with a freelancer in the middle. The Factory is all three as one service — which is why a page ships the same day instead of in two weeks.

How the Service Works

Five capabilities, every tier. Tiers change the throughput and the senior time you get — not the capabilities.

Exhibit 2 The five capabilities
CapabilityWhat it covers
OrchestrationThe experimentation layer: traffic assignment, the safe split between your current page and the challenger, ad-policy compliance, and governance. Set up once; never touched again.
BuildBrand-matched pages and variants generated from your live campaigns. Throughput scales by tier.
TalentA senior marketer overseeing the work, a specialist running the day-to-day, and an engineer who owns setup.
MeasurementConversion-lift tracking on your existing events, leak diagnostics, and an honest read on whether a variant truly won.
MaintenanceKeeping pages live, winners promoted, tracking healthy, and ads compliant as platforms change their rules.

Match first, test where it counts

Most pages get matched, not tested. Every new ad gets a page built to match it — matching the page to the ad is best practice, full stop, and it lifts relevance and conversion on its own. The pages with real traffic get more: a live test against a held-out control, where the volume is high enough to trust the result. Match is the default. We test where it pays.

Two ways we serve a matched experience

Nothing you already run changes. We work alongside it, two ways:

What setup takes

An MH1 engineer sets it up — not your team:

You rebuild no tracking. We wire measurement on every page using the events your site already fires. Your first pages go live in two weeks on the tag alone.

Three phases

Phase 1
Days 1–5

Audit & Map

We install the overlay and read your funnel — where paid traffic lands, where it leaks, and which ad angles point at a page that doesn't match.

  • Leak report: where you're losing budget
  • 90-day test roadmap
  • Your trial's first deliverable — done for you, not a form
Phase 2
Week 1–2

First pages live

Your first matched pages go live on real traffic, measured on the events your site already fires.

  • Message match: the page headline mirrors the ad clicked
  • Swapped by keyword, audience, or location
  • No new page, no new ad — invisible to organic
Phase 3
Week 3+

Managed optimization

As you launch new ads, we ship the matched page alongside each one. Pages with real volume run continuous tests; the rest are matched and monitored.

  • A matched page per new ad, built in hours
  • Continuous tests on high-volume pages
  • Graduate winners to your main domain when you want

A landing page is a multiplier on the traffic beneath it. On matched traffic it compounds; on a generic page it amplifies the leak at the speed of your spend. We fix the page before we scale the spend.

What it costs

Plans start at $4,900/month, month-to-month — priced under a single in-house hire. Tiers scale with the volume of pages and tests you need and how much dedicated senior time you want.

Section 04

How Value Compounds

A matched page is worth more in month six than in month one. Relevance accumulates: each winning test becomes the baseline the next has to beat, and each pattern that wins on your account informs the next.

Exhibit 3 The six compounding practices
PracticeWhat it produces
Monthly reviewLift reported in dollars, plus the next month's test roadmap.
Conversion scorecardFunnel-stage conversion rates (click → page → form-start → lead) tracked over time, so progress is visible, not anecdotal.
Embedded optimizationWe don't ship winners and forget them. They stay live, and we tune them every week.
Customer-owned pagesYou keep every page and every winning pattern we build. Stop the service and you keep the assets.
Network pattern deploymentEach quarter we bring you new patterns that won elsewhere in the network.
Outcome reporting in dollarsMore conversions, lower cost per acquisition, lower cost per click — quantified against spend you were already running.

Section 05

How We Prove Lift

Two numbers tell you if this is working: how much conversion rises, and how sure we are the page caused it. Most providers show the first and bury the second. We hold ourselves to both.

Exhibit 4 What we measure
SignalSource
Conversion rateYour existing on-page events — form submits, CTA clicks, thank-you pages.
Cost per acquisition / clickRead against the same spend you were already running.
Leading indicatorsForm-starts, scroll depth, engagement — early direction before a test reaches full significance.
Statistical confidenceA real read on whether the lift is the page or the noise, sized to your traffic volume.

We measure against a held-out control — a small slice of paid traffic stays on your original page. Yes, that means a few percent of clicks keep hitting the old page on purpose. It's the only way to prove the lift is ours and not the weather, and it's how we tie results to real, incremental dollars. Call it your insurance, not our experiment.

Real outcomes from past MarketerHire engagements, anonymized. Results vary by brand, market, and starting point — never a guarantee of future performance.

One limit, up front. Many B2B funnels convert in the tens per month, not the thousands. At that volume a small lift can take weeks to clear statistical certainty — which is exactly why your first pages ship in two weeks but proven lift builds over the weeks after. Anyone who calls a winner after a handful of conversions is selling you noise. So we test large changes where the effect reads fast, watch leading indicators for early direction, and report the confidence level instead of implying one. We commit to the work and the method — not a number your traffic, not our effort, ultimately governs.

You get a live dashboard, a monthly report of lift in dollars, and a leak diagnostic refreshed as your funnel changes.

Section 06

Your Team

A senior marketer oversees all of it — picks the bets, signs off on every page before it ships, and answers for the numbers.

Exhibit 6 Who's on it
RoleWhat they own
Senior marketer (oversight)Picks the bets, writes the angle behind each page, kills what loses, and signs off before anything ships. On the work at every tier.
MH1 specialistRuns the day-to-day — the queue of pages and tests, weekly promotions, and your monthly review.
MH1 engineerOwns the technical setup and keeps tracking, lead delivery, and ad-compliance healthy.

Run more than one channel with us and it becomes a pod. Alongside other MH1 services, a CMO-level lead directs your landing pages with the rest — paid, lifecycle, content, and pages as one motion, not separate vendors.

Behind the team, MarketerHire's network maintains the templates, the message-match library, the experimentation infrastructure, and the compliance rules — so your pages never start from scratch.

Section 07

How Work Gets Done

Work runs on two tracks, against a fixed set of guardrails.

Strategic track

A 90-day roadmap, split into weekly sprints. New pages ship alongside new ads, and we promote winners and retire losers on a regular cycle. The guardrails are deliberate:

  1. We require no change to your ads, your domain, or your code.
  2. We build every test to pass ad-platform review — same offer across variants, visible to the crawler, no disguised redirects.
  3. A new test replaces a finished one, so the account never fills with half-watched experiments.
  4. Work stays on the agreed roadmap; anything outside it becomes a one-page change request, never silent scope creep.
  5. We document every winning page, and you keep it.

Operational track

Day-to-day upkeep: pages live, tracking healthy, ad-policy changes absorbed, urgent fixes handled.

Outcome overlay

Three to seven metrics agreed at kickoff — conversion rate, cost per acquisition, cost per click, lead volume — tracked monthly and reviewed together.

Section 08

Common Questions

What does it cost?

Plans start at $4,900/month, month-to-month. Tiers scale with how many pages and tests you need and how much dedicated senior time you want — always priced under a single in-house hire.

What if it doesn't work?

You're month-to-month — cancel anytime on 30 days' notice, and keep every page we built. And because we always run a held-out control, you'll know whether it's working in your own numbers, not ours. You won't have to take our word for it.

Where does our data live, and is it secure?

We use a privacy-first analytics layer, honor your consent banner, and can keep EU data in-region. The tag captures on-page behavior — clicks, scrolls, form events — not your visitors' identities. Setup goes through the same review your other vendors do.

How is this different from Mutiny, VWO, or a freelancer?

Those are a tool or a pair of hands. A tool still needs you to choose the bet, build the page, and read the test. A freelancer brings hands but no system and no pattern library. We bring the system, the senior judgment, and 6,000+ companies' worth of winning patterns — and we run all of it for you.

Do we have to launch new ads or change our campaigns?

No. We attach to the ads you already run, and they keep their delivery history and engagement — we reset nothing. As you launch new ads, we ship the matched page alongside them.

Won't Google flag these as doorway pages or cloaking?

No — the opposite. These are real, relevant pages that match search intent, which is what raises Quality Score. We build every test to pass platform review: same offer across variants, visible to the crawler, no disguised redirects.

What if our traffic is too low to prove a winner?

We tell you up front. On lower-volume funnels we test large changes, read leading indicators for early direction, and report the confidence level instead of implying one — and we still match every ad, which pays off on its own.

What do we keep if we stop?

Every page and every winning pattern is yours. Month-to-month, cancel anytime, 30 days' notice. The IP stays with you.
